This is so much fun! I love making my cold foam at home and I’ve used cold foam for a tastier and lighter topping on pies! I also made some rockin aioli. Only reasons not rating 5 star is it’s not something I use all the time so price point was a bit high for me to buy this toy. But now that I have it I do think it’s worth it considering it’s vitamix high quality and will last me hopefully a very long time. Can’t wait to make my egg nog this year and gin fizzes when weather warms again

I love this little container! I mainly got it for making hollandaise sauce, I think the recipe could use a little tweaking but that’s no fault of the container, it’s a real treat! I was really surprised at how well it handled muddling fruits for lemonade and cocktails! Next up is the aioli!!

This may be one of my best Vitamix accessory purchase! I use it multiple times a day; bullet proof coffee lattes in the morning, salad dressings for lunch, tea lattes after dinner, and vegan whipped cream for dessert. I love everything about it, so worth the price. No
