This is such an amazing technology! We have been able to make delicious mojitos, eggs white cocktails (Whiskey sour or pisco sour), whipped cream. It allows you to chill your drinks quickly without blending the ice. Also, you can make your simple syrup, and blend different ingredients that in the past would need to change the temperature of it before blending. Definitely a time saver!
