I love my aer disc container. I am amazed on all the special drinks and sauces you can make without a lot of hassles. Foam, hollandaise sauce, muddle drinks and more.

Adds volume to homemade vegan ice cream

We purchased this container mostly for the whip feature and we are not disappointed with the results! I am gluten, dairy and soy intolerant so I use coconut milk/cream for most of my whip cream, ice cream, etc., products. This container added a smooth, light texture to my coconut whipped cream that was quite delightful.

I have used the Aer Disc container with a Reconditioned Pro 750. It has done a great job making muddled drinks and whipped cream. I’m looking forward to trying more recipes with the container.

Amazing Hollandaise Sauce

I first saw this container on Youtube and researched the product reviews and decided to purchase this item. Eating healthy and making home meals is a priority for me and I made my own version of Hollandaise sauce for a Salmon dinner using fresh basil, lemon, butter and egg yokes with seasoning. Amazing how easy and excellent the taste was which was beyond my expectations and I highly recommend this particular container if you like total control over the ingredients and appreciate sauces.

Great little helper to make drinks and mousses

I bought this container a few months ago and used it make delicious strawberry lemonade, strawberry whipped cream, some mock tails and some coffee foam! I love to it a lot, but one small downside is that it comes with very few recipes and surprisingly, it only came with a few recipes. I will try Aquafava whipped at some point! Anyways, if you are a big drink (alcoholic or not) person, you would love it.
