I didn’t know for sure how much I’d use this container, but I’m so glad I made the purchase! There are so many cool things I can do with this Aer Container...I’m loving it. I’ve made several recipes from the enclosed booklet that was included. I’ve made the Panna Cotta often, even for company. Everyone loves it! I’m not done experimenting and looking forward to many more great recipes to try and invent. Wish more recipes were available on the Vitamix website. Love the container!

Very few recipies included in the book, so far I’ve tried a few, for example the hot chocolate and it works wonderful, it gives you a consistency you won’t be able to achieve with anything else in the kitchen. My kids love it!
