The Aer disc container is fantastic. I used to make mayo using an immersion blender. It worked just fine but then I made my mayo in the Aer container. OMG! It was so much more creamy and never separates. It works great with whipped cream as well. Love this product!

So far I've used this to prepare slightly healthier versions of my favorite cocktail, gin & tonic. It works great to aerate the concoction that includes gin, bitters, lime juice, and a touch of honey. It also works well when making lattes - I use warmed up coconut milk, vanilla, and coconut water, run it through the aerator and add it to my coffee - Yum!

This container is a great 'luxury' accessory to my Vitamix. Was disappointed to see most of the recipes in the book are alcoholic, so I will have to get creative in finding a use for it. I did make my first successful homemade mayonnaise, it was delish!!!!
