Loving the new Aer Disc container

Our Vitamix is already a beloved kitchen tool in our home and the new Aer disc container did not disappoint. It’s been great for creating incredibly frothy chilled summer drinks and whipping up silky smooth desserts. It’s very quick and simple to use while producing light and airy results. Thus far I’ve used it to create the iced chai lattes and blackberry panna cotta. Both of which were creamy and delightful. I’m excited to try it out on future sauces as well. It’s versatility makes it convenient and so much fun to use. A great addition to any kitchen. This product was sent to me in exchange for an honest review. All opinions above are my own.

So Versatile!

I have been a Vitamix owner for several years, and use mine literally everyday, possibly twice a day! As a avid smoother drinker, dip maker, and sauce lover, vitamix is my go-to kitchen appliance. And this new Aer Disc just takes it to the next level! Now I can more easily make aioli!! I will do that every week. And whipped cream! I'm sold. Cocktails with egg whites to be frothy. And lets not get started about my daily matcha. I adore this product. It makes cooking easier, and especially for summer where I would rather be outside, it makes cooking faster and more delicious!

Beautiful design and extremely efficient!

Vitamix is one of the most used kitchen gadgets in our home. So when I received the AER Disc Container for review, I was super thrilled! I make a lot of desserts, and this beautifully designed gadget has been very useful for whipped cream, mocktails for my kids, and panna cotta which comes out wonderful! I used it to make muddled cocktails as well, and loved how it turned out! I am excited to try vinaigrettes next and hollandaise sauce! The best part is how easy it to clean and it requires less fuss and mess! Must have for every kitchen

It is needless to say that Vitamix is the best blender on the market, and I was super excited when I heard of a new Aer Disc Container for my Vitamix blender. Being a food photographer and stylist for many years, Ive been looking for such a container which will help me to make delicate foods such as emulsions, cocktails, whipped creams... and what is super cool that it works on ALL Vitamix machines! Now I got to go to make a strawberry lemonade for the family in my Aer Disc Container)

Is it a problem if I make whipped cream every day?

I love my Vitamix! With Whole30 and Paleo eating, I'm using it all of the time, so when I got this Aer Disc Container and saw that I could emulsify in an instant, I was sold! Can anyone say healthy hollandaise, yummy vinaigrettes, and all of the aiolis?! I can even satisfy my sweet tooth with whipped cream. A new kitchen workhorse

I had a Vitamix for a few years now and couldn't be more excited when Aer became available. We make a lot of drinks at our house--for the kids and adults--and it was a breeze to make lemonade, London fog, matcha latte, and mojitos. I also use a lot of whipped cream, yogurt, and cheese in my desserts and everything was whipped up in less than a minute with the perfect texture. I can't wait to try the other functions. With the Aer disc, we have given away our milk frother and hand held blender.

My new favorite kitchen tool!

Just when I thought I couldn't love my Vitamix any more, I have fallen for the Aer Disc Container! This tool exceeded my expectations in terms of what it can do and how well it performs. My husband is really into making cocktails and the Aer is a game changer for him in terms of muddling and chilling. Because the Aer uses a disc and not a blade, ice chills the drink and doesn't get broken down or blended. Huge time-saver! I've been using it literally every day for making hot and cold foams for professional-looking lattes. And it whips cream and aquafaba perfectly. I am so happy that the container is BPA-free because that is really important to me. I use the Aer so regularly that it sits on my counter 24/7. Love it! Such a fun and useful addition to our arsenal of kitchen tools! As always with Vitamix products, the container itself is highly durable & easy to clean. We immediately tried a recipe that involved muddling fruit and it worked fantastically. We also tried a delicious vinaigrette - it was ready in no time with little hands on work from us! We use our Vitamix every day (often 4-5 times per day), so we're thrilled to incorporate this into our routine & looking forward to trying whipped cream next. *We were sent this product in exchange for an honest review.
