Must have for every kitchen

It is needless to say that Vitamix is the best blender on the market, and I was super excited when I heard of a new Aer Disc Container for my Vitamix blender. Being a food photographer and stylist for many years, Ive been looking for such a container which will help me to make delicate foods such as emulsions, cocktails, whipped creams... and what is super cool that it works on ALL Vitamix machines! Now I got to go to make a strawberry lemonade for the family in my Aer Disc Container)

Is it a problem if I make whipped cream every day?

I love my Vitamix! With Whole30 and Paleo eating, I'm using it all of the time, so when I got this Aer Disc Container and saw that I could emulsify in an instant, I was sold! Can anyone say healthy hollandaise, yummy vinaigrettes, and all of the aiolis?! I can even satisfy my sweet tooth with whipped cream. A new kitchen workhorse

I had a Vitamix for a few years now and couldn't be more excited when Aer became available. We make a lot of drinks at our house--for the kids and adults--and it was a breeze to make lemonade, London fog, matcha latte, and mojitos. I also use a lot of whipped cream, yogurt, and cheese in my desserts and everything was whipped up in less than a minute with the perfect texture. I can't wait to try the other functions. With the Aer disc, we have given away our milk frother and hand held blender.

My new favorite kitchen tool!

Just when I thought I couldn't love my Vitamix any more, I have fallen for the Aer Disc Container! This tool exceeded my expectations in terms of what it can do and how well it performs. My husband is really into making cocktails and the Aer is a game changer for him in terms of muddling and chilling. Because the Aer uses a disc and not a blade, ice chills the drink and doesn't get broken down or blended. Huge time-saver! I've been using it literally every day for making hot and cold foams for professional-looking lattes. And it whips cream and aquafaba perfectly. I am so happy that the container is BPA-free because that is really important to me. I use the Aer so regularly that it sits on my counter 24/7. Love it! Love this new addition to our Vitamix!

Such a fun and useful addition to our arsenal of kitchen tools! As always with Vitamix products, the container itself is highly durable & easy to clean. We immediately tried a recipe that involved muddling fruit and it worked fantastically. We also tried a delicious vinaigrette - it was ready in no time with little hands on work from us! We use our Vitamix every day (often 4-5 times per day), so we're thrilled to incorporate this into our routine & looking forward to trying whipped cream next. *We were sent this product in exchange for an honest review. A unique and much needed kitchen tool

The innovative blade design makes this an essential tool for the kitchen. I was extremely impressed when I made the blackberry panna cotta and noticed how only the essential berry part was shaved off while the white core was left behind. This thing is just too much fun! I love when you can find so many new uses for a staple kitchen item like the Vitamix blender. Since recieving this for review from Vitamix, I have made mojitos, absolutely amazing hollandaise sauce (which can be very tough to get right made otherwise), and even killer chai lattes.
The Aer really does a beautiful job in aerating your creations without busting up the larger ingredients. The resulting texture is wonderfully smooth. Much more so than emulsifying by hand. Well done, Vitamix! This one is a keeper.

Amazing Tool!

Over the last four years, the Vitamix blender has been a longstanding favorite kitchen appliance of mine. Nothing beats the expertise, versatility and design of the Vitamix. Which is why I was beyond excited to hear of a new addition to the Vitamix family - the Aer! The moment I received the package, I ripped open the box as if it was Christmas morning and immediately made a coconut milk matcha latte - heaven! I’ve always wanted a thick layer of foam, but could never achieve it at home. I used the Aer to create a frothy layer of coconut milk, and within minutes, I had a cafe style iced matcha latte.
From frothing, to emulsifying, to making panna cotta all in one blender - I am honestly over the moon to have the Aer in my kitchen. I will be experimenting with it all summer long. Cheers to innovation!
