I bought this container, but I find it is not that useful. When I do use it, I am almost forcing myself to find a reason to use it. It does work for its intended purpose, I just wouldn't recommend buying it.

This is the container I keep on my machine. Every morning I fill it with distilled water to the top of the lines, add 1 lemon cut in slices and process this for 1 minute, then strain it into water bottles to bring to work: SO much easier than juicing lemon and adding zest as the muddling extracts the oils. I drink this daily to keep my body alkaline, and have not had a viral infection in three years.
I have made white sauce: so glossy and white! My husband loves his coffee and cream whipped up in here. It is even easier to make whipped cream in here than thawing out Cool Whip, not to mention flavoring it any way your fancy takes you.
Did I NEED to buy this? No, but am I glad I bought it, YES!

I've had the aer disc for over a month and though I like(d) the idea it really doesn't work all that well for anything. I though it would be lovely for froth on coffee 1) it's way too big to froth a small about 2) it won't froth nut milks but none of the frothers will do too well at least according to all the stories. It's way too big to make mayo unless I want to through 3/4 of it out and I'm not willing to do that. I asked about a 32 oz jar and they obviously have a big family if they think that a 48 oz jar will take the place of a 32 oz jar. Wouldn't waste my money again.

What an amazing addition to my Vitamix tools!

Mind blown! Vitamin sent me the Aer Disc Container to test and I couldn't be more delighted with the results! Emulsions are velvety smooth and come together in seconds (lots of aioli been happening here- garlic, chipotle, sriracha...) and it's easy to make just what you need. We've also been whipping up lots of cream to welcome strawberry season! It's so easy to use and truly delivers high quality results. And, when my kids decide the whip something up, they no longer go rummaging for other gadgets and mixers and I don't find splatter where I can't reach, meaning much easier clean up if you know what I mean! Simply put, it has streamlined so much of what we do. I couldn't be happier to have this is my arsenal!

Awesome addition to my Vitamix!

My Vitamix is already my favorite kitchen appliance and the Aer container is an awesome expansion of it's already great features! I've been having so much fun playing with this new container - it'll be my go to tool for entertaining because you can use it to make fabulous drinks and fun dips/sauces for a party. My favorite use so far? Creating almond milk foam for my coffees! Thankfully it's easy to clean because this is becoming a daily habit. Excited to have added this to my kitchen tools!

Love my new jar

I love my Vitamix blender and use it for everything from smoothies, sauces, grinding. This new Aer jar is perfect for making drinks, whipping foam for coffee, blending perfect sauces and viangrette. I made almond milk foam, vianegrette for salads, they both turned out perfectly. Highly recommend it.

I already love my standard Vitamix and use it every day...mostly for smoothies, but also for blending ice cream bases, grinding oats... The Aer makes it even more useful and can be used many times when I would normally reach for my food processor. It's perfect for muddling fruit for cocktails, making citrus curd, etc. I've only had it one week, but so far I love it! ***I was given this product by Vitamix in exchange for an honest review.

Obsessed with this new attachment for my Vitamix!! I received an Aer for free so I can give it a try and submit a review and I am completely in love with it!! I use my vitamix a few times a week and I love that now with the Aer I can make sauces and fun cocktails sooo easily! Can't wait to experiment more with it!
