who needs this much foam? maybe I could justify the purchase if I used it Every day and not my normal blender attachment, but for me I would want the small cup single server attachment size one !
Love the ease with which I can make things that don’t come out quite right in the wet container. I’ve owned a Vitamix for over 40 years, and still learning new things I can do with it.
I’ve had a vitamix for over 20 years! My son got the first one only because I wanted to upgrade! I have 3 new added pieces and I love using them all! Never a disappointment with vitamix. Still experimenting with Aer Disc, so far so good! Would love some more recipes to try.
Pros: Durability, Versatility, Product features, Power
I feel sad that I used my certificate to buy it. Egg whites won’t whip. Cream won’t whip. I made it cold in the fridge and used it at winter kitchen temperature. The egg whites and cream were cold. Nothing. I made both twice.
Pros: Recipe Enhancement

We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase. Please email service@vitamix.com or call 800-848-2649 for recipe assistance. It might be something as simple as the quantity you are blending. We'd be happy to help.
Make a great hollandaise sauce. Otherwise you would rather use the standard container (the one for wet ingredients that comes default with your blender). Does not process lemon or grapefruits well, even when following the recipes, and result is quite bitter. Even hot chocolate is better with other containers. So unless you make a lot of hollandaise, skip this (costly!) add-on.

Fruit gets stuck, defeats the purpose of container

I have been wanting the new Aer container for a while, but at first could not justify the cost. I watched a few demo videos and they got me hooked. The problem I am having is when making muddled drinks such as lemonade. I am cutting the fruit per Vitamix instructions (example, cutting lemons into quarters) but every single time, fruit chunks get stuck under the Aer disc blade and stay there, so instead of the container squeezing the juice out of the fruit, the water just swirls around the container as the fruit stays stuck on the bottom. I have used the tamper to try and unstick the chunks, and even stop the machine to unstick them but they just get stuck again! After my last batch of lemonade, I had to manually squeeze the lemon wedges to get most of the juice out AFTER they had been through the blending process. Am I the only one that is having this issue? Is my container defective? So disappointed!

The Strawberry Lemonade recipe in the Aer Disc recipe book states 1 lemon, ends trimmed and removed, remainder cut into 4 equal slices, not wedges. This will help with the issue you are experiencing.
