will happily revise this review if F&P will explain to me why East Coast Appliance in Newport News, VA was unwilling to replace my brand new dish drawer that was defective right out of the box. it took at least 6 weeks to resolve this (and get a new dish drawer ordered) because East Coast Appliance told me their relationship with F&P prevented them from making the decision to replace, rather than repair, the defective dishwasher.
