Love the telescopic shelves! Solidly built. Quiet fan. Even baking. Light stays on while in use. I find myself standing and watching. Temp. probe great. Minor complaints are that the alarm is not loud enough. The back light of the clock is always on(but plus side...works as night light) you have to hit accept after setting the timer or it goes off. Cant set separate timer for second oven. But thats just learning a new routine from old model. Sometimes when we close the lower door the light stays on. We turn the bar a little and then it goes off... but shouldn't have to do that. All in all great oven!
