Best Electric Razor I've Used!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So for quite a while now I had quit using electric razor's due to having to spend 15 minutes trying to get all the little hairs and ending up being itchy and irritated afterwards. I was skeptical when Braun sent me my free Series 3 razor. After using this razor, however, I have again become a believer in the electric razors. This razor is quick to shave and get all of the hairs and best of all when I'm done, I don't have to suffer with being itchy. I would highly recommend the Braun Series 3 razor to anyone!

A good cut

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting a chance to try out the Braun Series 3-3080 for a month now, I have to say it is a good electric razor. Receiving this for free from Braun has allowed me to take my time and check out all of its components. I have to say that there is one part of this razor that I like best. Its the Precision mode. (pic attached) With the precision mode, the razor "moves" to allow a closer shave with a different angle for cutting around the mouth and the neck line. These are typically the most challenging areas for me. Overall, the razors battery life, quick charge, weight and precision mode allow for me to give it a 3.5 rating/5

Wow, just simply wow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Braun® has been nice enough to let me try this razor. Let me start by saying that I have been a faithful Mach III user since 1999 or so. Whenever that thing came out. My only other experience I have ever had with a shaver was a Braun that my grandfather had. It was probably mid 70's if I had to venture a guess how old it was. Tethered to the wall with a plug and with my sensitive skin it darn near ripped the hair out and burned the surface of my skin from cutting it. I have used beard trimmers and while they can get fairly close, they do not replace a traditional razor. And they, as well, burn and irritate my skin something fierce. Along comes this 3 Series 3080s and I don't have any bad things to say about it. I hate shaving, its a pain in my butt in the morning and a whole routine that I just don't like to do. I like being clean shaven but sometimes time won't allow it and good thing i work in an office. But this razor right here is a god sent, I really can't stop shaving with it. I know shave two times a day since I got it. I cuts so close and leaves my skin so smooth after it. I just can't believe that these things have evolved this far. I got worried when I opened the package because there is a sticker on the razor itself that says "it may take two weeks or so for your beard to get adjusted" Right then and there I was expecting to have my face ripped off by this powerful monster. This is a wet/dry shaver. So you can use your favorite gel or cream with it or go in dry (hehe) It also makes it very easy to clean and keep it up to optimum performance. Well I'm here to tell you, I went in dry and I felt no irritation at all. And one of the best things I have found is that the shaver foil does need replaced but only once every 18 months! If you are reading this and thinking about switching up to something that shaves close, comfortable, and is ultra portable - then this is the razor for you.

Big razor- small results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that the first thing i will like to know about an electric razor will be if it is safe to use and wont cut me, which i have to say its safe cause it barely cuts. The first time i used the shaver was disappointing because I had to go throw the same spots a lot of time to see results. The good think is that it dose not pull hair or burn the skin but it dose not complete its principle job efficiently. Now that almost a month have pass i have had the opportunity to try the razor with different lengths of hair and the results are the same, it barely works. The razor have done its best job while my face is wet, this actually surprised me cause I though it would be more effective in dry face. My recommendation to Braun is to make higher quality blades that actually cut and get close to the skin. If someone dose not have a problem to keep going throw the same areas of your face to actually shave your face then this is the perfect razor for you. For me i will wait and try a different series to see if it changes my first impression.

A few shaves in... and a pleasant surprise!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to edit one of my statements from my previous review. I had initially stated that the Braun Series 3-3080 had a great trimmer and form factor, but the main aspect - the razor - was lacking. I have to retract that last section and say instead that it is now a very, VERY, close shave when compared to blade razors. It's still not as close as a blade razor can get, but it's close enough that I'll be changing how I shave my face. In addition, the ability to shave dry is a huge time-saving bonus. One has only to give the razor a few shaves before one's face is able to "conform" to it and it picks up even the smallest hairs. I highly recommend this foil razor and look forward to many future close shaves!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using my free Braun series 3 razor from Braun for approximately 3 weeks. I am now very comfortable with the shave that I am getting. When I first started using the razor it seemed like my shave was very hit and miss. Now, after my beard has adjusted as they suggested would happen, it is a very clean comfortable shave. I would recommend this razor, as I have to my friends, to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I Got The Braun Razor I Was Very Impressed With The Size Of It And It Was So Easy And Fun To Used It Had A Great Grip To Handle Very Easy And It Was Very Smooth Shave I Love All The Fetures To It. And Its Is Nice To Have It For A Quick Shave When I Am On The Go Or When I Go To Work Very Handy In Deed So I Give It A 4/5 Rating And It Will Be Using It When I Need To Get Ready For The Day. Good, but fairly ordinary

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy to receive the Series 3-3080 shaver for free from Braun! This is a good shaver. I have used it for a couple of weeks now to give a fair review (as you should always allow time for your face to adjust to a new shaver) This gives a nice shave, close...but not the closest Ive ever had. I like how light the unit is. I use the shaver dry, and It leaves no irritation on my sensitive skin. The charge holds good...and the recharge is only one hour, which is definitely a plus. What I like most about this particular model is the adjustment that can be made to reach the neckline better. The shaver actually pulls out a little bit, allowing a different angle to reach the hard areas on the neck. Overall, I would say that I give it a 3.5 I liked it, but its not really anything different from what I have used and have seen in other brands.
