Had the second of a Williams Sonoma countertop microwave both of which rusted on the interiorwithin three years!! I've been a GE appliance lady for years so happy to return to this powerful and attractive "machine".

Perfect size for the counter area. Our last GE countertop micro did not steam up in the inside like this one does and am not sure why. This particular one, despite what you are heating, collects moisture on the inside door glass. Not saying this is an issue, just an observation when comparing our 10 year old appliance to this one.

This was a great microwave until now. After only 5 years, apparently the control board failed and now we have to get a new microwave, which is about the same cost as replacing the control board. Disappointed in the quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
