Good microwave, but....

Good microwave, heats things up a lot quicker then the old one, a learning curve but worth it. However it came with a missing part which I am in the process of getting sorted out.

A decent microwave - Not great.

We love the muting of beeps and sounds! That is why we purchased, but beyond that it's an average microwave. We dislike that you have to close the door to turn the light off - there is no way to quietly close the door, it's quite abrupt. The control panel is VERY hard to read in low light - so be aware that at night it is very hard to read the text/numbers as they are not lit up. So, the start and cancel keys are often mistakenly pressed. Be sure to read the manual carefully...as it has a detection sensor that won't allow the microwave to turn on if the door is not opened and something is placed inside. For example, after a long pause or if disconnected from power. We could not turn the microwave on, and thought it was defective, until we read about these features in the manual.
