Perfect microwave with awesome features

This was a replacement for another microwave. I wanted white, 900 watts, light in the interior (when the door is opened, as well as while the microwave is in use) and quick 30 second and 1, 2, 3 minute express buttons. This microwave has all that and more...you can mute the sound (beeping), you can turn on the lock function so the buttons can't be pressed and you can even turn off the clock display. There is no memory option, to program your own cycles, but I didn't use that on my last microwave, so I don't miss it on this one.

The one I was replacing. That why I chose it. However, the door literally has to be slammed to make it work. If you close like a normal person would do, the turntable
Starts spinning in almost slow motion but not actually running. Have to open and slam the door to make it work.

I recently received this microwave as a gift from my husband. It's been years and I had been wanting a new one. This model has everything I wanted and is user friendly!! There were buttons and features on my last microwave that I never used due to poor directions and ...it just wasn't a user friendly machine. I do not have that pr6at all with thus model and am able to use all functions quite easily with the directions provided. I'm very happy with it.
