A piece of crap

The touch pad is too dark and we need a flashlight to use almost all the time. The pad has no feel, there are two many useless items like dinner plate, pizza, reheat, potato, popcorn,beverage, and vegetable. It also does not need to say "END". This unit is poorly designed. Our previous experience was that GE appliances were nor\t reliable but we bought this junk because it was basically the same as our Kenmore. I will send these remarks to Consumers Reports.

Door problem

Problem with door soon after start of use. Springs popped out. Door locked up.

We've been using it for about a week and so far it's working great. It brightens up the kitchen with the white finish. I love having the timer function as well. Good value!
