defective out of the box - like everyone else, red light never goes out. charged it and it does nothing. nice paperweight!

Ok the sound is great however to open the bottom the guys in best couldn’t even do with there hands. I had to use tweasers to get the side tab open myself just to even know the charging cord was in there. I get it’s water proof but I went back to best buy just to make sure I wasn’t about to break the bottom part just to open it. Needless to say geek squad literally used pliers to open it because the tab is to short to grip with your fingers. Once you get past the truly testing hurdle it’s easier to open and close after that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Charged for over 2 days and as soon as I unplug red light keeps flashing. Tried turning on and nothing. They replaced it and the replacement does exact same.

I already buy speaker from gas station better than that. Worst product have ever seen before. Its definitely cheap it doesn’t pair well doesn’t sounds good. Never ever seen a poor product like that. Im really disappointed its make me frustrated that they can sell speakers like that

I just bought this today, it’s not user friendly.
I finally got it paired to my iPhone, then it disconnected right away. Tried several time and to no avail. I put it back in the box and not sure what I’ll do with it.
