Good sound - weird wire storage

Storage is intended to allow wire to be “retracted” into the base. It fits when placed in from the bottom. The USB does not fit through the side opening. If the port for the plug to the speaker were turned the other direction it would fit through. Great idea, not the best execution.
Good sound quality for a small speaker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had Jam Audio speakers for years, which I used in stereo mode. When one speaker fail and a replacement was not available, I decided to purchase two Double Chill speakers. These are an improvement over my previous Jam Audio speakers. I am very satisfied with the speakers.

I had won a Double Chill Bluetooth and loved the size and the music loudness. I ended up buying another Double Chill Bluetooth and synched them and it is AWESOME!!
I used to have a JBL but it went out after two years and this came in handy.

Broke after one battery went dead will not recharg

This product worked great until I had to charge it and when I tried to charge it the red light came on for few second then it went off again and cannot charge it

I bought this a couple weeks ago. The sound is good, but I was hoping for a little better. It’s easy to use, but I would have loolliked to have written instructions instead of just a picture book of instructions

Double Chill more base than Zero Chill !

As far as sound quality goes....
The Double Chill does not much improve the mid range or high range compared to the cheaper Chill. Both are more than capable of giving a satisfying, louder voice to a laptop or cell phone.
What the Double Chill brings is bass. It will thump away. You can feel as well as hear hard pounding bass sounds. It does not over emphasize the bass but merely reproduces it. The Zero Chill improves the mid to treble tonality with more crispness and clarity and can bring noticeably more volume than the smaller Chill or Double Chill.
At the same volume played side by side the Double Chill presents much more of the bass than the more expensive Zero Chill. The Zero Chill seems to push or emphasize its' beautiful mid to high tones over that of bass. In fact, the Zero Chill dials back so much of the bass it seems missing.
The Double Chill has a more complete, balanced, rounder, fuller range of sound than the Zero Chill....just not as loud.

Sound quality good, Not double chill

We were looking for blue tooth speakers that can pair with each other.
The sound was great but the reason for 1 star is this product does not do what it claims to do which is the feature to connect to a second Double Chill.

- The speakers can only pair when the initial mobile device is connected via bluetooth. AUX connection seems to confuse the speaker and fails to pair the second, which means if you connect it to a PC without a bluetooth extension, it wouldn't work
- Even when it is sucessfully paired to a mobile device via Bluetooth, the second double chill would disconnect every now and then, or play audio that is choppy or slightly delayed.

These are a huge disappointment. A single double chill works great, but if I only needed one there was no reason in buying these.
