I’m really happy with my steamer. Food taste a lot better and it’s a lot healthier. Only downside is the size- could be a bit bigger because I cook for 3 people but that’s not a big problem . I highly recommend that product

The model sold in the UK does NOT come with the resettings for food advertised almost everywhere. This is a simple steam on/off machine. It has a glass container that is not oven proof (in case you use two methods of cooking). There are 2 metal containers that I could not find if they are stainless steel and what grade. The steam comes out of a plastic container, so questions on micro plastic on food comes to mind. BUT... I am happy with the steamer. It does the job and easy to clean and maintain. I hope it last more than my Tfal one for GBP30.- that lasted 10 years!. The plastic lid for one of the smaller containers does not fit, even before heating it. I don't use it. Rice and other cereals can be cooked without it by simply adding a little less water than usual. It works wonders.
If you have the money, go for it. If you are doubting, go for a cheaper version. They do the same good job!

6 Steamers lasted me only 6 -to 12 months so fpr 4 ywers i went with out a steamer ,
Till I seen I thought wow well constructed big glass compartment and two separte containers 1 for rice and grins 1 for small veg I said wow this baby will steam all my foods and last a Life time........

Undoubtedly an expensive item but it looks every bit as good as the advertising and most importantly it works brilliantly.
If you want a well designed and constructed steamer, this is for you - definitely a class apart from the 'plastic towers'.
