I needed a new steamer. My previous steamer still worked but its parts were made of plastic and the double stackered compartments fell apart after a couple of years. This steamer is well made and steams my veggie fast and is wonderful . Loving this.

This product has done everything the Manufacture advertise. I am very happy with my purchase. You do have to add time to suggested times in the owners manual. That is probably more personal taste than anything else. The Yoke in Hard Boiled Egg was not completely done with recommended time. I added and everything is great now.
