I have eaten more vegetables and more of a variety in the two months I have had this steamer than I have probably eaten in the last 5 years. I am now eating vegetables 4-5 times a week. I was initially hesitant to purchase this because there is only one tray for steaming. This simply hasn't been an issue at all and the tray is large enough to steam more than one item. So simple to use and very stylish. Brought one for my mother and she also loves it.
