I'm really impressed with this steamer. It's very easy to use. The options are numerous and very user friendly. Just put in the water, plug unit in, put in the vegetable, dial to "vegetable", press in the dial, then use the same dial to put in the time. Hit the start button and it starts to steam quite quickly. I love making fresh broccoli in it. The texture is perfect and the color very appealing to the eye--a beautiful rich green color.
I also like the basket insert since it helps steam my vegetables all over. I definitely recommend this steamer. It's the best.
