It is easy to use and easy to clean! Because it’s glass it doesn’t maintain odors from previous meals. It makes an amazing alternative being able to steam meals not just produce!

The steamer works pretty good but it takes forever for the water to dry out of the reservoir. I also am confused about making rice in the steamer and could not find clear instructions.

Have enjoyed using this steamer. Works much quicker than my last steamer. Very easy to use and to clean up after using. May last steamer I could not take the food directly to the table in the steamer due to the holes in the bottom to let out the excess water from the steam. This steamer pan I can serve from which saves time and one less dish to clean up.

We purchased this to replace a very old appliance that we used to steam crab legs and clams. It is a fine addition to our other kitchen appliances and it did a GREAT job with our crab legs. We are looking forward to trying the many recipes that were included in the companion recipe book!
