I am very happy with my purchase. After buying this 2 months ago, I finally used it to steam some lobster tails for my family! It worked great!!

This product has done everything the Manufacture advertise. I am very happy with my purchase. You do have to add time to suggested times in the owners manual. That is probably more personal taste than anything else. The Yoke in Hard Boiled Egg was not completely done with recommended time. I added and everything is great now.
