Beautiful steamer. The problem was that water collected in the bottom and the vegetables did not steam they boiled. We were so disappointed. We have numerous of your other products which we love.

Love the steamer, cooks great, however, the timer dial is not very sensitive, so you have to either spin it super slowly, or just keep spinning it to the prefered time.
Quality is excellent, appearance is eye pleasing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is by far easiest and most accurate steamer I have ever used, the heavy duty glass dish is just the right size for all your needs and very easy clean up as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
