Not fit for purpose.

Excellent cameras but the NVR box can only handle 2 of them successfully.
Any more than that and the recordings turn into a slideshow. Poor image quality too. Not 5MP or Super HD.

Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your most recent experience with our 4K Ultra HD Thermal Sensing Bullet IP Security Camera. Your recorder should be able to handle multiple cameras in a higher resolution. If you are having issues when streaming we would recommend adjusting the settings. The camera has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium, and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting.

only neg comment i have is that Swan should package the 60ft of wire in a coil not the rectagle? lay compressed bundle as wire is a mess to uncoil and has bad bends on it due to the way its coiled up an network wire should not be bend that bad if at all possible
otherwise so far the system i installed for users was 6 cam system and works great lots of variables in settings to learn picture quality is great, so far in for 3 weeks 2 outdoor cams 2 cams in a car wash bay and 2 inside building
