I brought 4 cameras a while back, I did have trouble finding a HD network video recorder. Once I got the right one, it’s is super the cameras work so good with its quality features. Try one or more you won’t be disappointed
I would recommend this to a friend!

About a year old and has water behind the lense.It was mounted under an eve and not in direct rain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Based on the information provided, this camera may have been operated outside of its operating temperature. This can/will lead to permanent damage. This camera has an operating temperature of -22°F ~ 131°F or -30°C ~ 55°C.

This is not a stand alone camera

Apparently this will only work with an NVR. They refer to an NVR a few times on the description above, they just never state it only works with an NVR. I just assumed all IP cameras were capable of being independent. All IP cameras I have used in the past were. I learned something today. Because I don't have an NVR and it didn't explicit tell me to get one I have no way of using this device. Frustrating.

Swnhd-886msd where Are the infrared lights and how do you activate them.

I bought two of these cameras because it says it has infrared lights that is stated on web site. I cannot see how to activate or where the LED lights are. In Complete darkness they do not activate and you cannot see red leds. Anybody else experienced this or how do you activate them? 4k in day or night is not the best iv ever seen. When cars drive by they jump by. not smooth. I will be calling Customer Support Monday.

The IR LEDs are around the lens of the camera. They should turn on automatically once it gets dark or when light around the camera is low. Please contact our 24/7 technical support team in order to troubleshoot the cameras. Keep in mind you must be with or near the system when calling technical support

Refurbished cameras were just like new… glad to buy a couple spares since these cameras with advanced capabilities are going away…
