Great hood if the filters stay in

So the hood is great - when the filters actually stay in place. Because the filters slide into a bracket that is not mechanically connected to the hood case, I am finding the bracket will slip out and cause the filter to fall. Do I like the hood? Yes - when the filters are in place. Would I like the hood more? Yes - if I can be sure it won't fall out at random on me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you're having issues installing the filters or the grease drip tray, you can take a look at page 7 of your Use and Care manual, here for diagrams and steps to follow: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000894-1.pdf
If you follow those steps and you're still finding that the filters are falling out of your vent hood, service may be needed to investigate further. They can be reached here should you need them: https://www.cafeappliances.com/support/schedule-service

Love that you can put it in the dishwasher

Custom LED Bulbs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Control your bulbs, including the color, from your phone. Match the mood no matter what event or time of day...it's very cool! A little nerdy, but that is probably why you are looking at these to begin with. We are in the future!

Good at first….

Aesthetically this is great hood. Clean, easy and functional. However, I’ve had my hood for 13 months now and the buttons to turn on the lights or fan speed are stuck. I’ve tried degreaser and it still does not work. Of course the warranty only covers 12 months so the repair/replacement is not covered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
