Arrived quickly without paying for express shipping, phone snapped right in. I can now grab my phone and actually pick it up, no more slip sliding away and out of my grip
Plus: added a screen protector & the case fit over both. Negative: the on/off & volume buttons on the side are very hard to push in, may need to be broken in and the case is slick & slides some on smooth surfaces, not like the one I have for my Apple, it sticks in place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dear Patti,
We apologize that this Prefix series doesn't seem to be checking all of the boxes on your style checklist! Occasionally, the side buttons on a brand-new case can be a little stiff at first, but you're right in thinking that after a brief 'break-in' period, they should start to relax. Regardless, we'll gladly pass your feedback along to our product design team for future consideration, and if you have any additional questions, please feel welcome to call our friendly representatives at 1-855-688-7269. They're always thrilled to help out!
We bought this a few weeks ago and its a very nice case but has a problem when you have a screen protector in place...the otterbox doesn't fit correctly. When you place the phone inside the case it opens the battery cover on the back and then affects the texting and touch function.I removed the case and the phone works fine, I did this several times so I know its a fitting problem with the case, the phone and the screen protector. I installed the phone on a cheaper case with no problems at all. Its still a nice case if the fitting issue was solved.
No more then I get my Otter Case on my phone a Motorola E5 Cruise. I dropped it and landed on a corner, it didn't brake my phone, and not even a scratch on my Otter case... I am so thankful too OtterBox!!!!
