The opening for the headphones is misaligned. I like to run with music which means I'm running with the bottom half of the otter box off. It defeats the purpose of spending money for the name brand.

This is bizarre, since as long as you're definitely using this case with a Moto G6 Play, the unit should match-up perfectly. If it's any other phone, unfortunately the case might end up misaligned. The case we offer with a built-in screen protector is normally the Defender, but unfortunately, we do not currently carry that style for this specific device. That being said, we'll gladly pass your feedback along to our product design team for future consideration.

I am satisfied (just) with the case itself. It is overpriced to be sure, considering that it is only a bit more rugged than cases I paid half as much for in the past, but it seems somewhat sturdy. My main complaint, however, is that the description of the case on the Otterbox Web site is not accurate. The second from right photo shows that there is a case for the back and sides of the phone in addition to another cover for the front of the phone. The install instructions have this same inaccuracy. I'll choose another case next time.
