My new Commuter Series Case for my Moto G6 Play works and does it's job in a quiet and dignified way, yet always manages to draw favorable comments from those around me, when in use. I bought an otter box for screen protector and the otter box does even have screen cover it's also horrible case that doesn't fit the phone quit right either the company has gone to the dogs

True, the Commuter case does not include any sort of screen protection, instead offering a direct experience with your phone display. This specific unit was intentionally designed to protect the Moto G6 Play, so as long as that is the device you are using, the Commuter should fit seamlessly. If this isn't the case (pun intended), our Otter detectives will be happy to take a closer look. I've been buying Otter Box for years. I'm very disappointed. The covers that came for my Moto 6 didn't fit. The buttons didn't line up. There also was no screen protection at all. I don't need an Otter box that's not a box and is ill fitting.

Every Otter Box I ever owned was a 3pc snap together full case. This was NOT the case. It was for my son's phone and he wanted it. If it were for myself I would have returned it. There is NO front protection whatsoever.

This could have been causing the misalignment with the side buttons, since this specific unit is only considered compatible with the one device.

Unfortunately, we are unable to absorb this cost, and the $5 fee being deducted from the total refund is the most efficient way to resolve any issues such as this. Bought case assuming it was proper case,actually it only fits the play! The on off button is actually covered up by case,just decided to deal with it to have phone protection. Not satisfied with specs saying it is for my,g6,have bought OtterBox for over 10 years and this is not how it should fit.
