Very difficult to assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bags of pieces were mislabeled and we were missing some pieces and had extra random pieces that had no place. Once assembled, they fall apart very easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We loved the idea of this but execution was tough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls love blocks and puzzles so we thought this would be a fun project to try together. The instructions were a bit vague and hard to comprehend at times. We worked on it for several days and decided in the end we were not as good as we thought at building and figuring out puzzles! At times this toy had us boiling over with anger at each other and at the directions but in the end the challenge was conquered and we were rewarded with a really cool looking piece. I was glad to be finished with it but we did have fun along the way, all the time reassuring my daughters, "no girls, it's not you, Daddy can't understand it either!" Thanks for the challenge. Anyone who loves intricate building block toys or Pokemon should have a lot of fun with this one. (Just pack a lunch and remember to breathe.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This reminds me of other construct it yourself kits I've bought for my daughter. It was fun for her to put together, but she isn't really into Pokemon. So once it was put together, it sits in her room. If your child is into Pokemon it is an interesting kit for them to put together and play with.

Better than Lego brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children received the Mega Construx Pokemon Mew VS Mewtwo clash set. They were excited upon seeing the box. We had a blast putting this set together. As a parent, I'm concerned with small pieces ending up around my house and ultimately in the vacuum. With Mega Construx, that was not a worry. The bricks stay tightly together, which makes building fun. Watching my twins play with the Pokemon Mew VS Mewtwo clash set was rewarding. It stayed together and allowed them hours of fun. Big plus for mom!!! Big win for my kiddos!!!

Fun to put together
