Great for the price!

I've used this for PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Mobile for about two complete seasons (about 8 months). I'm almost deaf in my left ear (from Military service) So I didn't need a two cup unit. They work great for voice chat on mobile! The urban camo looks good. They've held up nicely. If your looking for good backup units or ones for your kids/buddies that won't break the bank, I highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised

After being used to using high end headsets for a number of of years, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent sound quality and great lightweight design of the RIG100hx. With perfectly clear chat with absolutely no interference and great comfort I’ve found myself using them as my go to headset for the majority of games. Would definitely recommend

Pretty Good

Packaging:
Good looking box, that clearly describes its key features and main target purpose.
Unboxing:
Fairly simple, and easy to put everything back in. No Fuss.
No effort at all to attach the headset frame and earcup with mic together
Wearing:
When putting it on, you can straight away feel the comfort.
It lightly sits on your ear without applying any pressure.
Yet it sits well on your head without it feeling that it will fall off.
The ability to swivvel the microphone from one side to the other, gives you the option to wear the headshet with the earcup on your left or your right ear.
This offers great flexibility.
Speaking of flexibility, the microphone is flexible yet, study. It holds its position quite well.
Sound:
I did have to put maximum volume on both the headset control and on the XBOX options to get a good sound volume level.
Though I suppose this is mainly to do with the fact that I am only using 1 earcup rather than a standard 2 earcup headset.
Voice chat, is pretty good. I had no complaints as to other's hearing me. I was able to hear them well.
Though not designed for music, it didn't have the sound depth for music or soundtrack music from games.
Overall:
I had a good experience with this headset.
It looks and feels great to put on.
Sound wise, I would give it a high average considering it is a 1 earcup voice headset.

This is one of the best headsets I've use and if I'm talking about single ear headsets it's the best I've used and only one I've had that plays game sounds. Also the fist headset I've had that the ear piece hasn't become uncomfortable but it would be nice if there was a bit more weight to the ear piece.

Great Beginners Headset

It's a type of headset I'd recommend for a friend who'd just started out gaming. Simple to use, comfortable to wear and reliable like another Headset I had reviewed. Although for me personally it was just a little too small but nonetheless a great headset. The sound is crystal clear and it's one of the best sounding headsets I've ever had which for the price this costs is well worth it.

A nice little unit

For a budget headset the RIG 100HX is a great little unit. It simpler and has less features than others in the RIG series but thats why you are paying the lower price.
I have used the headset extensively over the last week and find it to be a pleasant experience. Sound wise it doesn't compromise itself and is almost as good as its bigger brothers in the series. It lacks bass but you arent buying a headset in this range for that feature.
The earcup is light weight and has lots of ventilation. I never felt like I was getting too hot wearing it for a long period of time. I find this design with only the one earcup handy for gaming with a family. I can still hear the game whilst being able to hear my surroundings and if the kids or my partner need me. The cups clip on and off in order to be adjusted. This is a feature I loved about the 400HX and again love it on the 100HX.
The mic is on the shorter side of things again making sure it picks up less background noise as possible. Once again I would have liked a clip on the volume control to clip it to my top.
Overall I am very happy with the RIG 100X and feel its great value for money. If you are in the market for a budget price gaming headset you wont be disappointed with this one.

Surprisingly good sound

Never been a fan of single ear head phones but these ones are still comfy and dont dig in and hurt after an hour or so like others in thjs style. And the sound is still good quality for only coming via 1 ear.
