Purchased 2 of the Crayola Ultimate Light Boards. Overall, they have really been enjoying them. We love that you can remove the black board and use it to trace. The only thing I would suggest, is making it dry erase!
Defective product, doesn't work after trying multiple brand new batteries. Contacted customer service only to be told that I would have to pay to ship it back to get my refund...are you kidding me?!?! I have to be out of pocket because Crayola sent me a defective item. The rep said she would have someone call me back to discuss this because she was unable to and have yet to hear from anyone. Horrible way to do business!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My 3 yr old kept asking for one for Christmas. Got one and when he opened it there were scratches and swirls all over it. Made it really hard to see/draw with the light one. Took it back for an exchange and that too had scratches all over. Sadly disappointed in this product.
