I purchased this via online I live in Boston Massachusetts my granddaughter lives in California and I have not seen or touched a device but I’m sure I will get a phone call Christmas day but one thing I can tell you the customer service was kind the payment process it was easy the amount of time it took for me to get the product was really fast

My 2 year old got this for Christmas and he loves it. We like how the colors pop. The only bad thing is trying to wipe it clean. It’s hard and obnoxious as to how many times you have to wipe it.
