My first time being sad at Crayola

It’s not very kid friendly, and no where to get pens they run out so fast. Every time she wipes it off we use a micro cloth slightly wet, wipe it off and it spears. Within this week we already have scratches for no reason, the screen is smeary all the time, and her pens are just about out. There’s no where on here to get those specific pens. I don’t have a lot of money and this isn’t cheap, we’ve been Crayola family since I was a kid, so I’m very disappointed in this product that I was so excited to get for my little girl.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To help with the smearing, please try wiping the surface using a damp cloth or paper towel and then dry it with a soft cloth. If the residue persists, you can use disinfectant wipes or apply a drop of liquid dish soap to a damp cloth, wipe again, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Do not submerge the unit in water.
