Light did not function.

Light would not come on. This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and very disappointed it does not work.

Terrible design. Difficult to erase- have tried baby wipes, microfiber, dry erasers, paper towels, toilet paper, bought several of these as Xmas gifts. Huge Disapp c

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Crayola Ultimate Light Board. We are sorry to learn of your frustration trying to erase the marks from the product. For best results, we recommend using only the included markers, Washable Bold & Bright Markers and Washable Window Markers. To clean the board, we suggest wiping the drawing surface with a damp cloth. Dry the board by wiping with a dry cloth to remove any remaining moisture and residue. Drawings left on the surface for an extended period of time may need a drop of liquid dish soap on a damp cloth to remove. Use a dampened cloth with water to remove the liquid dish soap and dry thoroughly with a dry soft cloth to remove any residue. Do not immerse the unit in water to clean. If these tips do not do the trick, please contact our Consumer Care Team for assistance at 1-800-CRAYOLA. - Chris, Colorful Care Team

Ok but can't clean it

Drawings look cool but really hard to clean... Dry cloth won't work at all, wet cloth leaves smears.

It’s not worth it

I purchased this product and was disheartened to discover that replacement markers aren’t available. It’s incredibly frustrating to think that I’ll need to buy an entirely new set just because the markers run out. This feels like a blatant attempt to force customers into unnecessary purchases.

While the mini markers included in the Crayola Ultimate Light Board are not sold separately, Crayola Bold & Bright Washable Markers can be used as refills for this product. I just bought this for my 6 year old daughter’s birthday. Neat idea and looks really pretty…. until you go to “wipe off with a damp cloth”. This did NOT work. The attached image was taken after 10 minutes of two strong adults wiping with a “damp cloth” and a whole lot of elbow grease. Still marks remained from the markers provided! I have no earthly idea what type of magical water other reviewers are using to ‘easily’ wipe away this board. Crayola has failed in this design. Unless you want your child’s “doodle” to be permanent, then this tablet does not fulfill as advertised even when used exactly per instructions. It is certainly NOT possible for a child use this toy as intended without unreasonable physical exertion from an adult or possibly……body builder.

All scratched up!!

Wow! Bought brand new for my 6 year old that loves to draw. Was extremely disappointed that the screen already looked all scratched up. I usually pretty good at reading reviews before I purchase things and I really wish I would have this time. I would have already knew this was an issue and wouldn’t have spent my money on it.
