Absolutely love this oven!! So versatile. Love the steam function. Vegetables turn out perfectly, works well for fish too! The convection feature works great. The steam clean is awesome! Keeps the oven looking clean and shiny with minimal effort It has a sleek design and looks nice on the countertop. Doesn’t take up a lot of space, yet you can cook a great amount of food in it. Super happy with purchase!!

I opened the shipping package the oven I received have a dent on the door. I cannot find any damages on the shipping package, don't know why have a dent on the door. Overall the stainless steel materials they used are very thin. I am not very happy about it. When I tested all the functions, I found out the top section of the mid-heating element is not heating well like the other two, I don't know is suppose working that way or not. Don't know how long it can last....but the quality they made now not like my previous Cuisinart products.

There are not a lot of directions with this, but over time, you can experiment with it. I’ve used it only 4 times so far, but have been happy with the results. It’s nice not having to heat my big oven for small dishes. I’ve made cookies, banana bread, and roasted potatoes. The convection oven is new to me also, but I went online to get ideas on how to adjust the cooking times. That worked great. I think I will use it more and more, and save energy in the process.

We eat a lot of fish. The broil-steam function is perfect. It keeps the moisture in and browns the top at the same time. Dinner for four in 13 minutes! My only complaint is the size. I can't cook for six or eight with it. If there were a bigger one, I'd buy it.
