I have had this convection steam oven for about 2 months. As with other Cuisinart appliances, it is very well made and operates easily. There are too small drawbacks to this oven. The toasting is a little bit uneven. Things are more well done towards the back of the oven. When a cycle is done the tone signaling such is very weak. It is very hard to hear if you are not near the device. It should be louder and should repeat in Cycles

Got this with Credit Card Awards and tho I've only used it for toast and re-hearing pizza thus far it's really worked well.

I bought this about a month ago and have used it almost every day. I like the features and options and also the fact that they are re-programmable. I would have given it five stars but for the fact that the water reservoir is difficult to clean. After washing, it needs to dry and the opening is small to allow for this. The concern is mold and bacteria.

I purchased this oven after seeing my sister in law use her one. I love it. The food does not dry out and it cooks so much quicker and the food tastes better. I have cooked chicken and bagels in it mostly.
