I had it for 6 months and it decided to burn toast.. considering the price I paid I would not buy this item again.. paid too much and it so I went back to the kitchen aide paid less then 1/2 the price ..

I bought my Convection Steam Oven, so excited. Within a week, I had used it once and went to use it a second time. Dead as a doornail. I've called the company several times . they say they are sending me a mailing label to mail it back and 3 weeks has gone by with multiple phone calls and no mailing label.
