The Bake Steam function is great. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that I wish there was more information (and recipes - possibly include a separate cook book) about how to use the oven. For instance 1) does the warming function use steam; 2) if not, when should one use the Bake Steam function to warm food and at what temperature.

I bought this oven after using it in my sister's house.
I now use it everyday to reheat food e.g. rice so to bring lunch to the office and for my daughter. I use the super steam feature all the time. Fast and moisture.
I did not give 5 stars only because I wish the company use a higher quality of stainless steel. I do not mind to pay another $100+ for better quality. If the oven can last more than a year I am satisfied. Highly recommended if you like me think microwave is not good to your health.

I use mostly for the bread and steam functions. The size is good, not too big but big enough. I saw that this oven is discontinued but I hope that is not the case because it is an excellent appliance.

This oven is incredible. In fact, I just bought a 2nd one. Mainly I bake genuine french baguettes on stone designed to fit. The steam proofing along with the steam bake renders s baguette to rival a Paris bakery. I was sorry to hear that it has been discontinued. That news prompted me to buy the 2nd should something happen to the first. I'm other uses you can not beat steam for cooking, fast and still full of all the nutrients. Research steam oven cooking and then buy this gem while you still can.

I worked in a bake shop years ago for a short period of time baking bread, we had a proof box until I bought this oven I tried various ways to duplicate the same conditions. It was virtually impossible to duplicate those conditions. Not only can I proof the dough perfectly but can use the bread function which introduces steam in the beginning of the cycle to achieve the crisp crust on French bread and artisan breads. No more pouring water into a hot pan and quickly closing the oven door trying to entrap the steam. I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone. It’s great for warming up leftovers and keeping food warm. I would like to see a larger version of this oven become available.
