This unit replaces a microwave that we’ve never had and does it all. But the first one we had but the bullet after 2-3 years. Hope this one lasts longer.

I got this unit during christmas. I have baked fish, chicken, steaks we have warmed up left overs and we love this little oven. The steam feature is nice especially for vegetables and fish even steaks. The food will not dry out like the former one i used. This is a handy appliance to have. it heats up good and has so many features you cant go wrong. i would recomend this to everyone.

I bought this two or three months ago and it's been a really wonderful help in my kitchen. I have a large six burner stove with an oven but I don't bake as much or as large amounts because the kids are grown up. This works perfect for baking and broiling smaller amounts. I love custards and do bake bread also. Love my Convection Steam Oven.

This is the second one of these we bought. It took us several years but we managed to work the first one to death. Plus we bought a third one for our daughter. You can't go wrong with Cuisinart. The coffee maker that grinds the beans for each pot is way cool, too.

I love this oven! I have had a convection oven in the past but the steam option on this oven is amazing. Meats from pork chops to chicken breasts always turn out juicy and tender when cooked on the bake/steam setting. I wished I had purchased this oven years ago!

I find the quality of the oven to be outstanding. The ease of the features makes cooking a breeze. The proofing feature for baking bread provides excellent results. I would recommend this oven to anyone for quick preparation of small meals

We replaced a Cuisinart toaster oven which was about 18 years old. It still worked but had seen better days. We did a lot of research on a replacement. After seeing this item, we decided to give it a try. It takes a bit to get used to the controls; however, it does not require a degree in rocket science. The toaster function (which is probably the most used) works good. You get a choice of length but it's not a time but a numbered selection: e.g. a 1 will give you the least amount of toasting time whereas a 4 will give you a lot more. That can vary quite a bit depending on what you are toasting (and if the item is cold (kept in the refrigerator) or room temperature. It doesn't take long to get it right. Last night we tried the steam bake function on a bone-in chicken breast. We usually grill this item but wanted to see if the steam function worked. We had no recipe as the there were no options for a single, large chicken breast. We opted for 425 degrees for 30 minutes. After that time it wasn't quite done. We used the regular convection bake function for 10 more minutes and its came out perfect. The meat was juicy and done; the skin was crisp. We couldn't have been happier. Next time: 450 degrees. There are many more functions on the unit we haven't tried as of this posting, but up to now everything has worked better than we anticipated.
