My 1st. oven lasted for 5 years before the malfunction of the steam function started. My 2nd oven lasted only 5 weeks and the display panel did not work. Luckily, it is still under warranty and I was able to get a replacement. I only have the replacement for one week so far, hope this one will last for more than 5 years.

Very pleased with the results from both convection and steam cooking. The dial and display screen make it easy to use. Both new recipes and warming up leftovers have turned out well.

A dream come true! A steam addition to a convection oven makes for a really versatile tool. From proofing doughs and baking bread to steaming and roasting vegetables and protein, this oven delivers. The Steam Bake function is the best function for sure, and using it to reheat food is where it really shines. Reheated food comes nicely moist and delicious which makes my wife really happy. That feature alone has earned the steam convection oven a favored place on our countertop.

This oven is incredible. In fact, I just bought a 2nd one. Mainly I bake genuine french baguettes on stone designed to fit. The steam proofing along with the steam bake renders s baguette to rival a Paris bakery. I was sorry to hear that it has been discontinued. That news prompted me to buy the 2nd should something happen to the first. I'm other uses you can not beat steam for cooking, fast and still full of all the nutrients. Research steam oven cooking and then buy this gem while you still can.
