Got a dud

Received as a gift, and very pleased on unwrapping it. The product looks the business. Charged them up (red led goes off after a couple of hours & they're done). Now to switch on... "press & hold". No amount of pressing, holding or any combination of button presses works. They refuse to light up. Oh, they work with the 3.5mm jack & sound OK. Just no wireless function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

got these for Christmas and i am very happy, they fit snugly and are not bulky or get in the way at all, good sound quality, great for music.

Bad pulsing noise in left ear speaker

Great finish, great look, but the worst pulsating noise in the left ear. I have tried everything I could think of without taking them apart to fix it. But no such luck.
