I enjoy the features and design of the phone. Unfortunately it is now being repaired for a microphone problem. I look forward to using it again in a couple of weeks.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: i assume that the microphone prooblem is a fluk..

Ever since the upgrade, the people I call cannot hear me talk unless I push speaker this is very annoying. I have reset to factory settings and it hasn't helped, otherwise like the phone, but I don't know if I'll keep it much longer. If anyone has an idea of how to fix it let me know.
Pros: Inexpensive

Early, but so far so good

I've only had it a few weeks, and it's my first smart phone, but I also have a Galaxy Tab, so getting used to it was no problem. Easy setup, Bluetooth, wifi, was easy. Only concern is the batteries, as I have had problems with the Galaxy tablet, having replaced them twice in 6 months.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers

For a older person like myself its easy. Not bulky to hold on too. A nice upgrade from other phone. It is basic and easy to move in and out .

I have always had a basic flip phone in the past. My children and friends encouraged me to upgrade to something more practical. Through my service provider I purchased the Samsung Galaxy J3 and I have been very pleased. It was so easy to learn how to use and to have internet wherever I am is great ! Love this phone !

I really like my new Samsung Galaxy J3 phone, a lot of the features are new to me, but I'm learning. It's quite easy to operate, email and texting. I would suggest this phone and service to anyone. Keep up the good work!
