RETURNING TO THE STORE

NOISY! HEAT! LUKEWARM WATER! TAPE REMOVAL AFTER DELIVERY TOOK A SOLID HOUR! OVERALL POOR DESIGN AND POOR PACKING FOR SHIPPING!
First, the fan noise from this thing is ridiculous! It should NOT be bought for an open-concept house because it is almost as loud as a dishwasher!
Second, when the motor is running, the heat coming out from the left-side is pretty hot! If I had wanted a heater for the kitchen, I would have bought one!
Third, the temperature immediately upon exit from the water dispenser is 65° F! I wouldn't believe it if I didn't use 2 thermometers to confirm it!
Lastly, it took a solid HOUR to fully unpack and de-tape everything! There were at least 100 pieces of blue fiberglass tape and NONE were courteously folded back for easy removal!

Would give five stars but.....

I have had my Whirlpool side by side for three months and love it but.....
1) there is some type of noise that comes from the fresh flow filter, like a tapping noise that comes and goes
2) I had to replace the water filter and after inserting the new filter, my fridge stopped working and wouldn’t dispense water or ice. After a search on the internet, found that I should unplug the unit to reset. Well, pulling out the fridge was no easy matter and had to plug/unplug three times. Then had a hard time trying to calibrate the water dispenser. I dread having to install the next filter!
If anyone has any better solution, would love to hear it!

Broke after one week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited a month for this brand new model. It worked one week and then the water dispenser quit working! Really!! It took another week to get guy out and the part is hopefully being replaced today. One other negative is that you have to push the ice/water buttons so hard to release ice/water from the dispenser that some people will have trouble getting ice and/or water out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lots of Room but color isnt very bronzy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had this refrigerator about a week but we like it so far. Lots of room, especially in the freezer since the ice maker is on the door. Noteworthy - shelves in refrigerator are removable however you can not change their height. Positions are fixed.
Like the color however it is not very much different from traditional stainless steel. I was expecting it to be more "bronzy", or rose gold.

Great Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased approx 1 month ago. Love the sleek, modern look. Bins in freezer/fridge are definitely more flimsy than in the past. Spacious. Enjoying the ice maker;although, it holds less ice than a previous model. Only time will tell durability. Would recommend.
