Simple layout that is covers my needs. Nice size freezer that is currently holding a 22 lb turkey standing up with loads of room left over. The trays in the drawer seen sturdy and hold alot.

Replacing 2 in 3 years

After 3 years one has gone completely out of commission and the other just starting to exhibit signs of going out. It’s pretty frustrating as these are tenants occupied spaces. Brought two from another brand to avoid constant repairs/service calls

Fan motor went 1yr after installing. Service came out to repair now refrigerator will not get cold. Had to throw away alot of food because of temperature.

For an issue with the refrigerator not getting cold, some troubleshooting options include making sure the door gasket is not torn and has no gaps, and the door is sealing completely. The unit should also have adequate air clearance to ensure proper performance. (The air clearance on this unit should be ¾” on the sides, 1” on the top and 2” in the back.) As you've had service recently, it is also possible the refrigerator could have been left in a diagnostic mode; if that is the case, disconnecting the unit from power for 30 seconds should reset the electrical components and restore normal function.
