Very noisy!

Do not recommend this refrigerator for apartment living or if the location of the unit is anywhere close to other gathering or sleeping areas of the house. The fan is very loud and runs constantly with the temp controls set on the normal position.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This fridge is unbelievably noisy when operating. I expected higher quality from such a reputable company. Im very disapointed. It does at least keep things cold. (now I only wish I could sleep.)

Works great, love the shelving. Interior light is bright. Makes my kitchen look great!
We went with GE from experiance. Our previous refrigerator was a GE. It was included with our house when we purchased it. We have lived here for 15 years!!

While this product looks goods and functions fine the noise level is unacceptable. We are currently in an apartment and stuck with this fridge but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because of the noise.

fit the space. the only reason for buying. ice maker make five ice cubes per day. stainless steel front is so thin it has tiny dents right out of the box

Refrigerator noise

I purchased this GE refrigerator on 3/21/2016, and it was delivered on 3/30/2016. I like the design and the refrigerator is attractive. However, the refrigerator runs with a bit more noise than my previous refrigerator. If you purchase this refrigerator, make sure you place it in an area away from the main living area, to avoid hearing the noise. Other than this one issue, I like the refrigerator.
