It works... but...

For 50 bucks this is a neat kitchen gadget. It works well, it's easier to clean, and it "fries" things well. Uses no oil. The only issue is that the timer doesn't work, so you'll have to use your phone or stove timer for it.

The timer has to stops after the set up minutes gets over instead it continues and results into food burning. Not recommended. Returned the equipment.

I love my Insignia Air Fryer

I got it for a steal during Black Friday. Been eating fries non-stop since. It works great! The only gripe I have is with the build quality. For example, the handle is really weak looking. Since you need to shake the contents every now and then, yeah, I can see this not lasting too long unless you're really careful.

Possible overheating

Second or third time using this, it shut it self down. It wouldn't go back on again till it cooled completely, leading me to believe it overheated. So I haven't used it at the highest heat setting (400°) since, and using it at about 375-380°. Hard to tell as the analog temperature dial is quite small. Working great now. I did get a fantastic deal on it, so 4 stars

It works really well. Does not take too much time to fry the food. The food tastes much better with it than in the oven. I absolutely love this product and I really recommend it!
