Airfryer not working

Bad Airfryer...Bought in November , used.for only 2weeks. Stopped working. The blue light heat doesn't on.i have tried my best but nit working. Return policy stated 1month. NOW. I AM STUCKED WITH USELESS AIRFRYER.

i got this thing for 50 bucks on black friday sale, as kind of a joke since i wanted to know what the hype around these air fryers was all about.
they promised me i could use it as much as i wanted and return it, used and dirty and gunky, no questions asked, so i figured, why not?
i kept it.
i use it for about 95% of all my food.

since it has a timer that shuts off the power, and it's small enough to loose heat fairly rapidly (therefore food doesn't sit in there cooking forever more like it would in a regular oven), i found myself burning things a LOT less.
i use it kind of like a microwave. i pop food it, set the timer, go away, and come back to it. its stays hot enough to keep food warm for a while, but not overcook things, and nothing is soggy and gummy like what happens with a microwave.
my go too is putting chicken legs in from frozen, putting it on super low and setting it on for an hour (60 mins is the max for the timer) and taking my dogs for a walk in the park. when i get back, i blast it again for 10 min on high, and then have amazing crispy chicken skin to come home too. the chicken itself is super juicy, but i don't really get to eat it, cause the dogs stare at me drooling and they usually win.
my only gripe with it is that it's very small. if you eat nothing else, then you have enough space to cook one meal of stuff at a time, which i assume would be annoying if you had a big family and needed to deal with cooking in batches.
but for 50 bucks it'd be perfect for college dorms and stuff.

I love this thing! We've had it for about a week and have used it so much. Chicken wings were amazing, chicken parm, frozen meatballs, even reheated pizza in a few minutes. Wish we bought the larger size but wasn't sure we'd like or use it much.

Bought this on black friday. For the price, why not? Have used it to make bacon, french fries, chicken fingers, crispy pork belly and a bunch of other stuff! It makes cooking sooo much simpler & faster! The results are much like an oven but way faster to cook and less cleanup!
