Less than one. Almost burned down my entire house

We used this once and worked great. The next time we used it it completely melted it’s own base. Almost burned down my entire house. House is full of burned plastic smoke. And destroyed counter top

DOA - fan works but heating element doesn't

Opened on Christmas and plugged in to try it out. Fan blows and the power indicator lights up, but the indicator for the heating element never lights and it never heats up. Tried re-inserting, unplugging and replugging, but it is just defective. I really wanted to stand in line for ages to return something after Christmas...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am very satisfied with my new Air Fryer, it was easy to operate and clean after using.
I ordered it one day and received it the next. Best Buy made it easy to order.

It is really that a special smell like firing plastic will come out when I first use it. I toasted 2 small sweet potatoes and didn’t add anything (30min 400F•). The taste is very good! Only a little bit debris left on the bottom so the container is very easy to be clean. The good news is that the bad smell was gone when i used it second time ^_^.
