No Dry cycle

Disappointed that there is t a dry cycle. The condensation drying process as described by GE doesn’t work well at all. Have to open door and pull out racks and leave to air dry for a few hours. Not a fan of this process. Otherwise, cleans fine.

Poor design

The dishwasher interior is not designed well . It is difficult to load bowls and larger baking dishes . If you put down the adjustable prongs then you are losing space for dishes. . It also lacks a third rack for utensils , I am unhappy with this purchase .

Buyer beware

The bottom rack has short & tall posts in different sections so your dishes get knocked around. No replacement/improved part is available. IF i had paid more attention to this rack I would not have purchased this dishwasher.
I purchased rubber extenders for the shorter posts but it didn't help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got a lemon

This dishwasher was installed 1,2,2026. On 1/29/2026 it stopped running and issued an error code. I contacted the company that did the installation. They recommended I contact my appliance insurance company who will not replace it as it is under warranty to GE

I keep having a problem with hazy glasses coming out of the dishwasher. I’ve tried different soaps. I’ve made sure the water is hot. I tried different cycles, but it keeps happening.

We are happy to assist you with the cloudiness you see on your glasses after a dishwasher cycle is complete. This can occur when there's a combination of soft water and too much detergent. This is called etching and is permanent. To prevent this from happening, use less detergent if you have soft water. Wash your glassware in the shortest cycle that will get it clean. You will also want to make sure the water temperature entering the dishwasher isn't above 150° F.
